Specific (What do you want to accomplish? Who needs to be included? When do you want to do this? Why is this a goal?) I want to learn about what you do when you are a firefighter and I want to help the city out and make sure the trucks and fire department look good and clean and could help them be faster to their calls. I also want to learn some medical stuff which all the firefighter know about because one day i want to do something in the medical industry. 2. Measurable (How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?): I can measure it by the knowledge i get from it and i can ask my dad, a firefighter, if me helping clean and help around the fire station helped you guys get to your call faster and more organized. I could take a firefighter test before i help and then take the same test after and see if I learned anything from my experience. 3. Achievable (Do you have the skills required to achieve the goal? If not, can you obtain them? What is the motivation for this goal? Is the amount of effort required on par with what the goal will achieve?): I think i got the skills to achieve this goal. My motivation is helping the firefighters because they deserve it because they risk there lives everyday for people they do not even know.
